Adam is the founder of Rodgers Sheetmetal and has helped build the business around practical service, quality products and reliable support for local builders, trades and customers. Outside of work, Adam is kept busy with four kids, three dogs, three cats and likely more pets to come. He is a big part of the family culture that makes Rodgers feel welcoming, local and down to earth.
Daniel is one of the Directors at Rodgers Sheetmetal and plays an important role in supporting the business, team and customers. He is practical, reliable and always involved in keeping things moving behind the scenes. Daniel also has a cat named Marv, who he absolutely adores, although you probably will not catch him admitting it.
Stuart is one of the Directors at Rodgers Sheetmetal and supports the business with experience, product knowledge and steady leadership. Rodgers is very much a family-focused workplace, and Stuart’s son Oscar currently works with the team as a delivery driver in the ute, helping get products where they need to go.
Anthony, also known as Andy, is part of the Rodgers sales team and helps customers with product enquiries, orders and project support. He is a family man with three kids, and his youngest, Diva, is the light of his world. Andy brings a friendly and practical approach to the team and is always ready to help customers find what they need.
Jonathon is part of the sales team at Rodgers Sheetmetal and supports builders, trades and customers with product information and enquiries. He has four boys and a very humorous mind, which means there is rarely a dull moment when he is around. Jonathon brings personality, energy and plenty of laughs to the team.
Mike is part of the Rodgers sales team and assists customers with product enquiries, order support and general advice across the Rodgers product range. He is also a family man, and we will be updating this section with a little more about him soon.
Katrina is the partner of Adam’s youngest son, Luke, and the mum of Toto, the Rodgers office mascot. Her role is to support the business with marketing, promotions, social media, website updates and content. In reality, she also spends a lot of time making everyone in the office laugh, chasing the team for photos and updates, and making sure Toto isn't among the chaos downstairs.
Toto is a mini long-haired dachshund and the official Rodgers Sheetmetal office mascot. He loves nearly everybody, except maybe Jonathon, depending on the day. Toto spends most of his time in his bed near Mum, giving Adam cuddles or exploring upstairs. He brings plenty of personality to the office and is always happy to be part of the team.
